My client wanted a house with open studio which is going to give him clear mind to brainstorm about ideas! My client was looking for a two story house with a pool and a basketball court for a family of 4. My client has 2 kids and a happy marriage with his wife. He wanted his guests to have privacy so I put the guest room on corner of the house so they can also walk straight thru the foyer and to the guest room. Foyer is the hierarchy of the building its the tallest room of the building. My client prefers to have his master bedroom and child’s bedroom upstairs on the 2nd floor with baths and closets. It’s a linear branch approach he can walk through foyer to the living room to the dining room and to the studio. He can also walk through the foyer and go straight to the pool. My client wanted a simple house with all the spaces defined clearly on macro scale and on a micro scale which I intend to provide for him like he asked.
