My client recently bought a new house, and has approached me about building an addition. He is very passionate about fitness and health. He owns a small fitness company where he trains for competitions. To make things easier for him without having to travel to his office, he wants to move it to his house. He wants a huge fitness space, indoor and outdoor, this way the trainees have plenty of space to perform the exercises. He also wants an office space for business purposes. In addition to fitness and health he’s strict about food, where he prepares all his meals and for his trainees. He requested a spacious kitchen along with a workout space.
